FDA Registered and Audited
AnewMed is registered as a packer, re-labeler, and contract sterilization service provider for Class 1 and Class 2 medical devices. Our Quality Management System has been audited and approved by the Food and Drug Administration, so you can be confident that we meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
Quality Assured
Our Quality Management System ensure that your repackaged devices meet the highest standards when it comes to quality, functionality, and safety so it’s no different than having new inventory – except for the price.
Safety Guaranteed
To guarantee sterility, we employ a validated Ethylene Oxide sterilizationprocess. Ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization is commonly used to sterilize medical devices that cannot support conventional high temperature steam sterilization. In the process, EtO gas penetrates the packaging and the product to kill micro organisms that are left during production or packaging. Our fully validated cycle achieves the required Sterility Assurance Level of 10-6.
Repackaging is not reprocessing!
It’s important to know the difference.
AnewMed devices have NEVER been used. We take only unused, expired devices inspect them to certify quality, and then repackage and resterilize them.
By contrast, reprocessors disinfect, clean, remanufacture, and test devices that have been used and are often soiled.

Generate real $$$ from your green initiatives
Repackaging can add real dollars to your green initiatives.
If as little as 1%-2% of all disposable medical devices used in the US were repackaged, the healthcare industry would save billions each year.
Approximately 30% of surgical devices used in healthcare settings can be easily repackaged, making it an easy source of revenue, a great way to respect the environment, and a fast way to show that your green initiatives are delivering real value.
